Rules: 

The BGI academy is a smoke-free school. 

This applies to all premises and outdoor areas. However, there will be a few smoking bins in the car park behind the school. All consumption of alcohol and illegal drugs is prohibited at the school and on outdoor areas. 

Do not leave valuables in the sleeping areas. BGI Power Cup is not responsible for lost items. 

All managers/coaches are responsible for the behavior of their own team and when the team must be in the sleeping area. However, there must be calm in the areas no later than 23.20 (last match ends 22.34 both Friday and Saturday evenings) 

Transportation 

Bus no. 105 runs from Horsens station to the BGI academy. See bus schedule here: https://www.midttrafik.dk/media/23045/105-k21-final-a.pdf 

Check in From Friday 10 May from 1:30 p.m You must follow the orange arrows from the parking lot to the main entrance via the street basketball court to the “Samlebåndet”. Here you will be handed out: t-shirts, match program, food tickets, where to sleep etc.  

NO TEAM can play the 1st game before they have checked in at the event office. Finals are played on Sunday between 10.15 – 17.00. 

Check out

Sunday 12 May. All luggage must be packed and sleeping areas cleaned up before 11 a.m. Luggage is placed in Rytmehallen. Placement of luggage must take place last in the jumping hall. 

Possible to by snacks and drinks

There will be a good opportunity to buy various snacks and drinks in a small shop We take cash and MobilePay. 

WIFI

There is free WIFI throughout the BGI academy     

Basketballs Bring your own balls for warm-up. It is not possible to borrow balls from the BGI Power Cup. 

First aid There will be a first aid kit/bandaids etc. at the event office and at the judges' tables in the three halls: the exhibition hall, the BGI Hall and the “Højvanghallen”. 

Forgotten cases Please remember all your belongings. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to send forgotten belongings.  Forgotten belongings will be placed in the schools "forgotten depot". Unclaimed cases will be given to the Red Cross after one month.
